How much is Shipping?

 

Boards up to 6'6"	20,00 €  per board
Boards 6'6" to 8'0"	30,00 €  per board
Boards over 8'0"	30,00 €  per board

 

For orders without a Soft Board a 10,00€ delivery fee will apply.

  

WHICH COUNTRIES DOES SOFTECH SHIP TO?

We can ship to France excluding DOM-TOM, Ireland, Spain excluding Canarias , Portugal excluding Azores and Madeira islands, Denmark, Poland, Czech Rep, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Austria, Belgium, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland.

WHO DELIVERS OUR PRODUCT?

All deliveries are made by DPD or DHL and a signature is required upon delivery.

MY BOARD WAS DAMAGED BY FREIGHT.

Thank you for refusing your board if it was damaged upon delivery. Please return the package to the driver if you haven't already.

Unfortunately, if you do not refuse the package on arrival, this cannot be covered under insurance & no recourse will be actioned.

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE THERE WHEN MY ORDER IS DELIVERED?

Orders will not be left at an unattended address. If no one is available to sign for your order a card will be left and the order will be re-directed to the nearest depot. You are then responsible for collecting the parcel.

If you are not home during the day we recommend using a work address. When using a work address, make sure you clearly include the name of the business.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with your unique tracking ID and a link to track its progress.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

In most cases order received before 12pm on a business day are dispatched the same day.

Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally allow 5-7 days business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation. Whilst we will endeavor to have your product delivered earlier, however please allow 5-7 days to be sure.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Purchases from the Softech Europe website can not be shipped to locations outside of Europe.
